PROCEDURE
PIGMENT TEST
It is a requirement in the UK that everyone undertakes a pigment test before the permanent makeup treatment to unsure that they have no adverse reaction to the pigments to be applied on their skin.
On booking you will be sent a pigment test to the address you provide .
CONSULTATION
A full and in depth consultation is carried out to understand your suitability and expectations of permanent make-up. You will have advice on your decision and we will discuss different options with you in order to make the right choice to suit you. A consultation and a consent form will be filled out to ensure we have all the medical information necessary for the procedure.
BEFORE PROCEDURE
Your photo will be taking so that you can see the change in your look before and after the treatment. The design will be further discussed and the initial measurements will be marked.
THE PROCEDURE
A topical anaesthetic will be applied to numb the area to be treated for your comfort during the treatment. A fine needle with the use of a top of the trade computerised machine will be used to implant the dermatologically tested medical grade pigments into the skin. The anaesthetics will be applied periodically while you are shown the on-going results.
AFTER PROCEDURE
Another picture of the finished results will be taken for our records as well as yours.
HEALING PROCESS
When the treatment is finished you will be advised on after care and will be given an after care leaflet. The treatment area may feel sensitive .You are advised not to interfere in the healing period in any way.
FOLLOW UP TREATMENT
If you are happy with your one time permanent makeup application you don’t need to book for a touch up treatment. You must understand that booking a touch up treatment will make the final result longer lasting. Ideally you should book your touch up treatment any time after 4 weeks of the initial treatment and before 8 weeks .
